रंगमंच: Upload requirements

एक ही script की अलग productions हो सकती हैं। हर recording के लिए script और production के आवश्यक अधिकार चाहिए। लेखक का नाम देना, अपना camera इस्तेमाल करना या free show होना permission की जगह नहीं लेता।

Upload से पहले तैयार रखें

1. Script / लेखक: मेरे पास script के वर्तमान अधिकारधारक की लिखित अनुमति है, जिसमें recording और RX Stream पर online streaming शामिल है; केवल stage permission या credit पर्याप्त नहीं है।
2. Recording / समूह: इस particular recording के producer या अधिकारधारक ने इसे upload और stream करने की अनुमति दी है।
3. कलाकार: recorded performances के लिए आवश्यक consent है; नाबालिग कलाकार हों तो लागू guardian consent भी है।
4. Music / assets: इस्तेमाल हुए songs, background music, images और अन्य protected सामग्री के आवश्यक अधिकार हैं, या ऐसी सामग्री इस्तेमाल नहीं हुई है।
5. Licence scope: अनुमति जिन देशों, अवधि और उपयोगों को cover करती है, वहाँ यह release दिखाया जा सकता है। अधिकार सीमित हों तो publish से पहले RX Support से बात करूँगा।
6. Proof: permission documents सुरक्षित रखे हैं और माँगे जाने पर review के लिए दे सकता हूँ। निजी दस्तावेज public description में नहीं डालूँगा।
7. मैं समझता हूँ कि यह मेरी declaration है, RX Stream की legal verification नहीं। Free beta में कमाई की guarantee नहीं है; clips, dubbing या monetization के लिए आवश्यक अतिरिक्त permission पहले लूँगा।

लिखित permission में क्या स्पष्ट हो?

नाटक और version का नाम, वर्तमान rights owner, theatre group/recording producer, RX Stream पर streaming की अनुमति, countries, dates/expiry और लागू payment terms। Promotional clips, editing, translation, dubbing और commercial use के अधिकार अलग स्पष्ट करें। सीमित territories या expiry हों तो पहले Support से संपर्क करें; मंच की अनुमति को global streaming की अनुमति न मानें।

Credits और recording

Description में group, city, language, writer, director और cast के credits दें। साफ आवाज़, स्थिर landscape video और सही cover रखें। Contracts, signatures, IDs, phone numbers या permission documents public description में न डालें।

Review और शिकायत

नाटक पहले Draft में रखें। Private document-review page पर activation उपलब्ध होने के बाद documents जमा करें; admin approval के बाद Creator Studio में publish करें। इस pilot में केवल worldwide, बिना expiry वाले streaming अधिकार स्वीकार होंगे। Limited countries या expiry वाली permissions के लिए automatic enforcement अभी उपलब्ध नहीं है। Missing/uncertain rights में publish न करें। शिकायत के लिए title और RX Stream link दें; sensitive proof भेजने से पहले Support से सुरक्षित तरीका पूछें।
